Two elements which can help establish a clear direction for any school are a Vision statement and a Mission Statement.
Here in The G. S. Pillay & Sons Educational & Charitable Trust, Nagapattinam the trustees have proposed these statements, in order to get everyone to work toward the common objective, using uniform approaches, with top class motivation. We have taken up the following Vision and Mission statements in all seriousness.
